
My passion for all-things health led me to pursue a degree in dietetics and nutrition at Florida International University (FIU). Since day one of my career in 2013, I have focused on holistic and functional nutrition as I believe that our diet is one of the pillars of wellbeing. I strongly believe in the impact nutrition, along with daily habits, has on creating mental, emotional and physical health.

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Advanced Practice Registered Dietitian, specializing in renal nutrition, nutrition support, mitochondrial health, ketogenic approaches, and identifying food sensitivities as part of an integrative and functional nutrition plan. My personal journey of resolving my own medical issues through controlled nutrition protocols and evidence-based medicine fuels my passion. As the author of “The Kidney Solution for Kidney Disease: Reversing Metabolic Disorders with a Ketogenic Diet,” my goal is to empower individuals with the nutrition therapy knowledge needed to manage their conditions and significantly improve their quality of life.
